Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage restaurant reservations and maintain an organized seating plan.
- Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests according to hotel standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas.
- Assist guests with menu selections and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the restaurant, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback and requests promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset
