Security Officer - Spa
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Presence: Act as the first point of contact, welcoming guests politely and guiding them to the reception area.
- Premises Surveillance: Maintain a vigilant watch over the spa entrance, parking area, and surroundings to ensure safety and privacy.
- Guest Assistance: Assist clients with smooth parking and handle any basic crowd or traffic flow outside the premises.
- Incident Management: Monitor and prevent unauthorized access, ensuring the confidentiality and peace of mind of our guests.
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
- Age: Ideally between 30 - 55 years.
- Experience: Prior experience in hotel, resort, luxury retail, or corporate security is highly preferred.
- Appearance: Well-groomed, neat, and highly professional demeanor.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate politely in Sinhala and basic English
- Fitness: Physically fit with a clean disciplinary and background record.
