Graphic Designer | Trace City Maradana
Are you a creative professional with a passion for visual storytelling? Do you enjoy transforming ideas into compelling designs? We are looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department and contribute to strengthening the SLTC brand through innovative and impactful visual communications.
The Role
- Design and develop creative marketing materials for both digital and print platforms.
- Create engaging visual content, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, promotional materials, and branding martials.
- Undertake photography, videography, and editing for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency of the SLTC brand across all marketing and communication materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing campaigns and institutional events.
- Develop creative concepts that align with marketing objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and creative technologies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design. Experience in the higher education sector or an advertising agency will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience in photography, videography, and video editing for marketing and promotional purposes will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and multimedia content creation is desirable.
- Familiarity with preparing artwork for both print and digital platforms, including various file formats and production requirements.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, branding, and visual communication principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print, digital, branding, and social media design is mandatory.
