Job Role
The Business & Transaction Analyst will help with the daily monitoring of investment funds and support business advisory and transaction-related activities. The role involves working closely with senior team members and external partners deliver quality outcomes for clients.
Responsibility
- Support investment structures & fund disbursements
- Assist with buy-side & sell-side transactions.
- Prepare financial models, valuations & investment reports.
- Create pitch decks & client presentations.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality & professional standards
Requirements
- Progressing member of CA SriLanka - Strategic Level or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business advisory services.
- A strong "can-do" attitude, willingness to learn, and professional demeanor.
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial documentation.
