Hemas Consumer Brands (Dankotuwa) is looking for a dynamic, friendly, and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist (Contract). The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and ensure that all visitors, staff, and callers have a positive experience when interacting with our company.This position is responsible for ;
- Welcome visitors, customers, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the reception desk and ensure seamless front office operations.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the relevant departments.
- Register visitors, issue visitor passes, and coordinate visitor access with Security.
- Receive, record, and distribute courier packages, letters, and internal documents.
- Maintain accurate visitor, courier, and front office records.
- Support data entry, document filing, and general administrative tasks during non-peak reception hours.
Who We Want
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification (Diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration will be an added advantage).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reception or Front Office Administration.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a pleasant personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and record management.
