Research Technician - Product Development
5R AG LANKA PRIVATE LTD. is seeking motivated and enthusiastic recent graduates to join our team as Research Technicians.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
- Experience in dairy product development is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of innovative agricultural and food products.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, product formulation, and testing.
- Support product optimization, data collection, and documentation.
- Work collaboratively on research and commercialisation projects.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Up to LKR 100,000 per month for an ideal candidate with relevant experience.
- Performance Bonus: Annual bonus based on individual and team performance.
- Probationary Period: Six months.
Location
The position is based at the SLINTEC research facility in Homagama, Sri Lanka.
