Hotel Manager – Anuradhapura
Recruit Lanka is looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager on behalf of a well-established hotel in Anuradhapura.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations
- Lead and manage hotel staff
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance and budgets
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, and customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets
