We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Assistant to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain adequate showroom stock levels by placing timely orders
- Arrange product displays and maintain the company's visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer payments accurately and settle collections as per company procedures
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Promote the company's products and build strong customer relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
What We're Looking For:
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) School Leavers Are Encouraged to Apply
- Previous experience in showroom, retail, or customer service will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
