The Job Role
- Support the recruitment and selection process.
- Assist in the employee onboarding process.
- Facilitate employee training programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
We are Expecting
- A degree or professional qualification, or being an undergraduate/learning partner from a recognized university or institution in the field of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, etc.
- Competency in the MS Office package.
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala & English.
A competitive allowance in par with the industrial standards will be paid.
The best fits will be absorbed into the permanent cadre upon the completion of Internship period.
