Executive - Operations | Head Office (Colombo 14)

As an Executive - Operations you will be responsible for supporting Device Finance operational activities by ensuring the timely processing of loan facilities, maintaining accurate documentation and system records, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role involves coordinating with branches and internal stakeholders, monitoring operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives through effective operational support. You will report directly to the Product Manager - Device Finance and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support effective financial decision-making. The ideal candidates should possess the following profile:

THE JOB ROLE
  • Handle Device Finance operational activities, ensuring timely processing of loan facilities and delivery of quality customer service.
  • Coordinate with branches and business units to process facility files and payment requests in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate system entries, documentation, & payment processing records while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Assist in monitoring operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, & resolving day-to-day operational issues.
  • Prepare operational reports & ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, & service standards. 
  • Contribute to achieving departmental objectives & provide support to ensure the timely delivery of expected results.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 02 year of overall experience and handled similar job.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
