Assistant Manager - Business Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and security assessments
- Prepare and present high-quality proposals and quotations
- Manage tender submissions (government & private sector)
- Negotiate and close long-term security service contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Sales/Business Development (B2B)
- Experience in security services / facility management / manpower outsourcing is highly preferred
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Existing network with HR/Admin/ Facility / Procurement professionals is an added advantage
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Professional certifications in security or risk management - an added advantage
- Willingness to travel for client visits and site inspections
- Valid Driving / Riding License
- Fluent in Sinhala / Tamil with working knowledge of English
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and professional demeanor
