Assistant Manager Collections (Male/Female)
We are looking for a passionate Assistant Manager to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in collections, recoveries, or customer service operations.
- Prior team handling or supervisory experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage collection targets and team performance.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee daily collection operations to achieve recovery targets.
- Supervise, coach, and monitor Collection Executives and Team Leaders.
- Analyze collection performance and prepare management reports.
- Support management in achieving operational and financial goals.
- Handle escalated customer issues and negotiate repayment arrangements where required.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external collection agencies to maximize recoveries.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training to improve team productivity.
