Marketing Manager | Negombo
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Develop and execute content and social media strategies.
- Analyze overall marketing performance and optimize for growth and conversions.
- Manage WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other CRM activities.
- Coordinate with creative, operations, and sales teams to maintain consistent branding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Marketing or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Must have general knowledge about digital marketing (Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads basic level minimum).
- Strong skills in marketing tools, analytics, and campaign coordination.
- Based in or near Negombo will be an added advantage.
