The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for controlling and maintaining accurate inventory records of Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods (WIP), and Finished Goods across the Tube Mill and Welding Plant. The role ensures inventory accuracy, timely material availability for production, proper stock movement, and compliance with company inventory procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory transactions including receiving, issuing, transfers, production receipts, and dispatches.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare inventory reports, stock status reports, and variance analyses.
- Support periodic cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Tube Mill, Pipe Manufacturing, Steel Processing, Welding, and operations preferred.
