Revit BIM Specialist
We are looking for a seasoned Revit Specialist to spearhead the creation, management, and coordination of BIM models for large-scale infrastructure and structural projects. You will ensure every model meets rigorous industry standards while driving efficiency across our multidisciplinary workflows.
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract, renewed and reviewed based on Performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Modeling & Coordination: Develop high-detail 3D BIM models for civil projects, including site layouts, grading, and drainage systems using Autodesk Revit.
- Documentation Excellence: Produce precise construction and shop drawings, maintaining strict consistency across Revit families and templates.
- Quality & Leadership: Perform quality control checks, provide Revit troubleshooting support, and mentor junior staff on BIM best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
We are seeking a candidate who brings both technical mastery and global perspective:
- Education: Higher National Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience specializing in BIM and Revit. At least 2 years of proven international exposure, ideally working within an international organization.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level Autodesk Revit skills. Proficiency in Navisworks; knowledge of AutoCAD, Dynamo, or MEP modeling is a significant advantage.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication and collaborative abilities. Sharp attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Operational Alignment: Ability to work according to the Australian hours and calendar.
