Requirements
- Part qualification in ICSL, CIMA, ACCA, or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
Key Duties
- Prepare financial statements and management reports in compliance with LKAS and SLFRS.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Perform monthly closing activities, including bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting, statutory compliance, taxation, and audit processes.
- Collaborate with departments to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
