Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and deliver accurate financial, operational, and treasury MIS reports and dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools to support management decision-making.
- Maintain and manage business-critical databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
- Analyze MIS outputs to identify trends, assess business impact, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support short-term and long-term strategic planning through in-depth data analysis and performance insights.
- Provide technical and user support to ensure the smooth functioning of reporting systems and MIS tools.
- Contribute to value-adding MIS initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align performance management processes with business objectives.
What You'll Need:
- 4-6 years of hands on experience with design and preparation of MIS Reports in a medium to large-scale business environment.
- Qualification in either one or more of the followings,
- Full or part qualification in CIMA / CA Sri Lanka examinations would be definite advantage
- A degree /HND in Finance & Accountancy.
- AAT passed Finalist.
- Strong, hands-on experience with usage and working with Power BI tools and other MIS platforms.
- Strong English language and Inter-personal skills
