Senior Executive - Garment Technologist

We are on the lookout for dynamic and energetic individuals to join the amanté Technical team as Senior Executive - Garment Technologist. The ideal candidates will gain a wholesome experience in Garment Technology and be provided an opportunity to learn from a highly competent and efficient team where peers and senior leaders will help develop your skills and competencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Design Team in selecting construction methods based on product fit/performance
- Attend tech pack meetings to ensure technical expectations are clear
- Ensure pattern alignment with Design intent and fit expectations
- Make necessary pattern corrections as and when required to fast track the fit approval process
- Facilitate timely costing and sampling by providing accurate patterns and MMT specs
- Communicate fit/performance expectations with stakeholders
- Coordinate fit sample evaluations and feedback
- Ensure accurate garment fit assessment and share comments promptly
- Assist with wear trials and incorporate feedback
- Propose cost-saving ideas for styles
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or Diploma in Textile and Clothing Technology
- 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity
- Sound knowledge and Practical experience in pattern making and fitting of Intimates/Athleisure
- Ability to multitask and work independently
