We are hiring a dynamic individual as Head Chef for a Luxury Boutique Hotel in Galle Fort.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for
- Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
- Modifying menus, estimating food and other costs
- Supervising kitchen staff, performing administrative duties, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant chain, preferably with international exposure, is required.
- Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of computer software programs are essential.
- A hotel degree or diploma in Culinary Science or a related field is desired.
