We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Maintenance Associate to join our team at the Peliyagoda plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to repairs, routine servicing, and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Identify issues and troubleshoot technical problems in mixing plants.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize equipment breakdowns.
- Coordinate closely with the Production Department to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.
Requirements
- Age below 40 years.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized vocational training institute.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
