to join the Kitchen Revolution
The Role
As our Video Creator & Editor, you will be the creative engine behind our social media presence, website content, and ad campaigns. You’ll take a product - whether it’s a cast-iron skillet or a precision chef’s knife - and show the world why it belongs in their kitchen.
What You’ll Do
- Concept to Completion: Brainstorm, script, film, and edit high-quality video content (TikToks, Reels, YouTube tutorials, and commercial ads).
- Food Styling: Arrange ingredients and lighting to ensure every dish looks mouth-watering and every product looks premium.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends and platform updates to keep our brand relevant.
- Post-Production: Handle colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics to polish every frame.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with seasonal launches and sales goals.
Who You Are
- A Visual Pro: You have a portfolio that showcases clean aesthetics, rhythmic editing, and a knack for "food porn" cinematography.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re a wizard in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, and you know your way around a mirrorless camera and lighting kit.
- Self-Starter: You’re comfortable directing yourself and managing a production schedule from your home studio or our test kitchen.
- A Foodie at Heart: You understand the "why" behind a recipe and can translate culinary techniques into engaging visual steps.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in video production (extra points for experience in the food/home goods space).
- Expertise in vertical video formats (9:16) and short-form storytelling.
- Strong understanding of lighting for reflective surfaces (essential for cookware!).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
