JOB ROLE
- Sales Strategy - Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing account management Sales & Marketing?
- Customer Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Team Leadership & Collaboration - Lead & Mentor Sales team, providing guidance, motivation & support to ensure individual & collective success
QUALIFICATIONS
- Female candidates between the ages 18-30 Years
- Passed G. C. E A/L or partially qualified in Sales or Marketing
- Be Computer Literate
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala
- Residing in proximity to the company would be an added advantage
