We are currently seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong experience in Python, SQL databases, ETL pipelines, and data automation. The ideal candidate will also be adept at using emerging AI tools to improve development workflows and data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop Python-based automation systems and backend solutions
- Build and manage ETL pipelines and integrate with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Perform data analysis and automate insights delivery using libraries like Pandas and NumPy
- Create web automation workflows using Selenium or Playwright
- Collaborate with full-stack teams to integrate APIs and automation into applications
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and improve productivity
- Contribute to code quality, testing (TDD), and CI/CD workflows
- Mentor team members and participate in system architecture decisions
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Python development focused on automation, data processing, or backend systems
- Proficiency with Selenium, SQL, ETL workflows, and data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Flask, FastAPI, and Git-based workflows
- Familiarity with Azure, big data concepts, and DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adopt AI tools to improve development, data analysis, and automation workflows
Bonus Points For
- Experience with ReactJS, React Native, or Node.js
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
- Exposure to NLP, ML tools, or streaming frameworks like Kafka/Spark
