Digital Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator (2-3 years experience) to support the growth of our wellness and grooming brands across Sri Lanka.
This role focuses on digital marketing coordination, mall partnerships, campaign execution, social media management, and brand collaborations to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and social media activities across all brands
- Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, photographers, and marketing agencies to execute campaigns and meet deadlines
- Coordinate marketing activities with shopping mall marketing teams where our outlets are located
- Handle and coordinate marketing activities for the Colombo airport branch, including promotions, partnerships, and passenger engagement initiatives
- Plan and support promotions, events, partnerships, and collaborations
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns
- Identify new marketing opportunities and partnership ideas
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and mall management
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or brand coordination
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience working with agencies, content teams, or marketing vendors
- Good understanding of social media marketing trends and digital platforms
- Creative thinking and ability to suggest marketing ideas and partnerships
- Strong project management, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively Advantage
- Experience working with malls, retail brands, lifestyle brands, or wellness brands will be an added advantage.
