Quantity Surveyor | Head Office
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Head Office. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual aspects of all ongoing projects across multiple departments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the main commercial liaison between project teams and senior management.
- Oversee project cost planning, material control, and subcontractor coordination.
- Review contracts, variations, billings, and monitor project profitability.
- Ensure timely reporting, client invoicing, and cost compliance.
- A detailed job description will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
- 5+ years of QS experience handling multiple site-based or MEP/ELV projects.
- Excellent understanding of cost control, contract terms, and progress billing.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems, MS Excel, BOQs, and QS documentation.
- Exposure to Fire, ELV and Electrical projects is an advantage.
