Architectural Draftsman
We are looking for a Talented and dedicated Architectural Draftsman to join our team
Key Responsibilities
- Completing council drawings & working drawings
- Providing professional technical guidance to design & construction team
- Conducting Client meeting
- Preparing regulatory applications
- Periodic site inspections and quality check
- Developing designs from schematic level to completion
- Professionally converse with clients
Requirements
- Familiar with Auto CAD especially related to high rise building / apartments.
- 3D Max, Sketch up and Photoshop skills will be an added advantage
- Qualified with NVQ Level 04 or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
- Experience in producing engineering drawings will be an added advantage. Knowledge in building regulations
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an architectural design firm, with additional experience in housing projects preferred
- Self-motivated and can work independently.
