Master Tools is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to support showroom and online sales operations. The role involves handling POS billing and stock, assisting customers with product selection, delivering excellent customer service, and processing payments. The selected candidate will also support online and social media sales activities, with attractive performance-based incentives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle the POS (Point of Sale) System – Issuing bills and stock management.
- Serves customers by helping them select products, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Responds to customers’ questions/ inquiries and calls.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Creating and updating customer profile records.
- Processes payments by checks, cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.
- Manage social media sales campaigns (Not compulsory) (eCommerce site, Fb page, FB marketplace, and other online sales processes). (Additional incentives will be paid).
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- GCE O/L or above.
- MS Office, Email, and Social Media advertising skills.
- Sales/ Marketing knowledge.
- 1 year of Experience in Sales/ Marketing or Cashier fields.
- Age between 22 - 45 years.
- Language skills –Sinhala and English (Should be able to read and write, and have a manageable communication ability)
- Candidates settled closer to Kiribathgoda are preferred.
