Student Counsellor (Sales Focused)
Role Description:
The Student Counsellor is a key member of the sales team, responsible for providing students with information on various courses and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role focuses on convincing and assisting students in making informed decisions while achieving sales targets. School leavers with a passion for sales and student engagement are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prospective students with information on courses and admission processes.
- Persuade and assist students in selecting the right course aligned with their goals.
- Achieve individual sales targets by converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure successful enrollments.
- Participate in recruitment events, fairs, and school visits.
Requirements:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- School leavers with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in sales or student recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
