Housekeeping All-Rounder - Ahangama
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and experienced Housekeeping All-Rounder to join our hostel in Colombo. The ideal candidate should be able to maintain cleanliness, assist guests when needed, and ensure a comfortable environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain hostel rooms, dorms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Change bed linens, prepare rooms for new guests
- Handle laundry, washing, drying, ironing, and folding
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, kitchen, lounge, and outdoor areas
- Assist guests with basic inquiries (when required)
- Report maintenance issues to management
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed
- Support general hostel operations as needed
Requirements:
- Age above 30+
- Previous housekeeping experience (hostel/hotel experience is an advantage)
- Good communication and polite customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking
- Willing to work flexible hours / shifts
