We are currently looking for a showroom Sales Executive/Sales Assistant for our Selyn showroom, located at 102, Fife Road, Colombo.

Selyn creates a variety of products, including home textiles, fashion items, and toys, all made by skilled artisans from rural communities. The company operates on the principles of fair trade, ensuring that workers are paid fair wages, work in safe conditions, and benefit from sustainable employment.

Key details of the position:
- We require female candidates
- The all-inclusive salary (basic and allowances) will be LKR 35,000-LKR 55,000-Based on experience and qualifications
- The candidate will also be eligible for the commission structure from day one.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing close to the showroom.
- Working hours will be from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with Sunday hours being 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The employee will be entitled to one day off between Monday and Thursday.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience (minimum one year) in handling customers and sales.
- Experience in handling female garments will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in both English and Sinhala is expected.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and respectful approach
