- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our latest clothing lines, trends, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment that reflects our brand's standards.
- Sales Support: Process transactions, handle payments, and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Customer Care: Handle inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred (fashion retail experience is a plus).
- Fashion Passion: A genuine interest in fashion, trends, and styling
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and holidays (if applicable).
- POS Knowledge: Basic experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
