Team Lead ( Blockchain, Full-Stack & AI ) - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Blockchain, Full-Stack & AI Trainer / Team Lead to oversee, mentor, and develop a growing team of technically skilled SE interns.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership, training, and team management across blockchain systems, full-stack development, and applied AI.
You will work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the technical capability of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 8–10 blockchain-focused interns
- Deliver structured training programs across:
- Blockchain architecture & development
- Full-stack development (front end & back end)
- AI integration and practical application
- Provide hands-on mentoring, code reviews, and technical guidance
- Design workflows, assign tasks, and ensure delivery standards are met
- Conduct weekly progress meetings with leadership
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture
- Minimum 5+ years experience in:
- Blockchain development (e.g. smart contracts, Web3, DeFi, infrastructure)
- Full-stack development (modern frameworks, APIs, databases)
- AI tools, models, or applied AI integration
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Blockchain, AI, or related field (Degree must have been held for at least 3 years)
- Proven experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Strong understanding of real-world blockchain implementations
- Excellent communication and training ability
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Ethereum, Solidity, Web3 frameworks
- Familiarity with AI tooling, LLMs, or automation frameworks
- Exposure to startup or fast-paced environments
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical training
