Management Accountant | Anuradhapura
We are looking for a Young, energetic, dynamic self-starter for the post of Management Accountant. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years' experience in management accounting in a manufacturing environment, running an ERP system. He should be a member of CIMA UK or equivalent. Passed finalists may also be considered, depending on their work experience.
The Management Accountant will take on full responsibility for all management accounting functions across the organization, including:
- Ownership for the Budgeting process.
- Provide decision support to all stakeholders, providing timely information and assisting in developing and monitoring actions plan.
- Develop a standard costing approach for budgeting and fine-tuning product costings.
- Develop a system for exceptional reporting.
- Assist the Factory Manager in monitoring and reporting of factory efficiencies.
- Drive cost saving initiatives across the organsation.
- Lead KPI discussions and highlight significant variances for discussion and corrective action.
- Develop and ensure SOPs and processes are place to facilitate smooth transition to a fully integrated ERP system.
- Lead factory core team in the ERP implementation.
