JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Ability to manage & handle airline reservation, issuance, re - issuance & refund
- Work professionally & efficiently as a team
- Ability to achieve targets set by the management
- Acting with integrity & protecting sensitive information
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in similar field
- Excellent knowledge of Galileo reservation system
- IATA / UFTAA qualification
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS word & MS excel
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willing to undertake any responsibility & work long hours if required
