We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales Manager to lead the promotion and distribution of our Ayurvedic product portfolio across Sri Lanka. This role requires a strong sales acumen, leadership in managing teams, and a passion for Ayurvedic wellness.
Location : Kesbewa, Sri Lanka / Field travel required
Type : Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Expand retail, pharmacy, and distributor networks islandwide
- Lead and manage sales representatives and field teams
- Work with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and market trend
- Maintain regular reporting on sales performance and KPIs
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical sales
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic or herbal wellness products is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Sri Lanka
