ABOUT THE ROLE
A Leading Construction Company with CIDA CS2 is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead a piling project from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical engineering, foundation work, and managing large-scale construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of the piling project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage site activities and monitor safety compliance
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports
- Ensure quality control and adherence to technical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale piling or foundation engineering projects
- Familiarity with ISO standards in construction projects
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Residence near Kandy will be a distinct advantage.
