The Job
To manage a team of kitchen staff to achieve and maintain food quality, hygiene standards, and service targets.
Education & Expertise
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Professional Cookery (preferred)
- 1 year of kitchen experience
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Willing to work on day/night rotating shifts basis.
