Requirements:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for buffet service, à la carte orders, and special functions.
- Perform basic cooking tasks as instructed by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO).
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Support the setup and replenishment of buffet items.
- Follow standard recipes and portion controls.
- Help minimize waste and report shortages or damages.
- Adhere to all hotel health and safety policies.
- Work closely with the kitchen team in developing and testing new menu items and daily specials.
