We are looking for experienced Travel Sales Consultants with proven experience in travel sales, flight bookings, and customer handling. Candidates must have hands-on experience working on Amadeus GDS and should be confident in handling international travel inquiries, converting leads into sales, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for professionals who have previously worked in travel sales, ticketing, reservations, or travel consultancy and can work independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to flight bookings and travel services
- Assist customers with domestic and international flight reservations
- Convert travel inquiries into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable travel options
- Promote flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, and travel-related services
- Maintain proper customer records and booking details
- Coordinate with customers regarding booking updates, itinerary changes, and travel support
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
- Excellent English, Tamil & Sinhala communication skills
- Strong sales and customer handling ability
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of flight ticketing and travel sales
- GDS knowledge (Amadeus)
