Assistant Mechanical Engineer | Horana Plant
Core Competencies
Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in:
- Machinery Maintenance (Preventive, breakdown, and routine servicing of plant machinery).
- Compressed Air Systems (Operation and maintenance of industrial compressors and air lines).
- Hydraulic Systems (Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic machinery and components).
- LPG Gas Systems (Familiarity with industrial LPG networks, burners, or gas systems is an added advantage).
Requirements:
- NDT (National Diploma in Technology) or an equivalent technical diploma below degree level (e.g., NDES, HNDE, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing plant.
- Good diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Be computer literate and possess good communication skills
- Well organized, efficient and ability to work under pressure
- Good team player
- Age below 30 years
