- Strong customer service mindset
- Professional, confident, and well-presented
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Computer literacy (MS Office & email)
- Sales and counseling skills will be an advantage
- Prior experience in immigration, student recruitment, or education consultancy will be an added advantage
