- උපකරණ පරීක්ෂා කර දෝෂ හෝ ආරක්ෂක ගැටළු වාර්තා කිරීම.
- නඩත්තු වාර්තා පවත්වා ගෙන යාම සහ වැඩ ඇණවුම් සම්පූර්ණ කිරීම.
- සේවා ස්ථාන සෞඛ්ය සහ ආරක්ෂක ප්රමිතීන්ට අනුකූල වීම සහතික කිරීම.
අවශ්යතා
- ගොඩනැගිලි හෝ උපකරණ නඩත්තුව පිළිබඳ පෙර අත්දැකීම් වඩාත් සුදුසුය.
- විදුලි, ජලනල හා යාන්ත්රික පද්ධති පිළිබඳ දැනුම.
- දෝෂ කාර්යක්ෂමව හඳුනාගෙන අලුත්වැඩියා කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
- හොඳ ගැටළු විසඳීමේ සහ සන්නිවේදන කුසලතා.
- ස්වාධීනව සහ කණ්ඩායමක කොටසක් ලෙස වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව.
- තාක්ෂණික හෝ වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකම් වාසියකි.

Maintenance Technician | Kesbawa
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Inspect equipment and report faults or safety concerns.
- Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in building or equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults efficiently.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical or vocational qualifications are an advantage.
