Technician - Maintenance
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join the Maintenance Team of Prym Intimates Lanka as a Technician-Maintenance. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting maintenance operations, ensuring smooth functioning of machinery and utilities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform building repairs, masonry work, concrete repairs, painting, and general civil maintenance activities.
- Ability to install / repair and maintain water supply, drainage and sanitary systems.
- Basic skill of Electrical Troubleshooting / Welding
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Adhere to workplace safety standards and company procedures.
- Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Successful completion of a Technical/Vocational Training Course in any related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
