THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales (Female) who can take ownership of our admissions and sales process, build strong relationships and contribute to achieving our aggressive growth targets.
You will play a key role in driving enrollments, strengthening our brand presence and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Female, Age 25-35
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or admissions (preferably in education)
- Pleasing personality with a good attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, self-motivated and goal-driven
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets
- Working weekend is Mandatory
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with parents, students and partners
- Represent SIEM professionally in all interactions
- Plan and execute effective sales and promotional activities
- Provide excellent service and ensure student satisfaction
