Digital Marketing Executive - Real Estate
Reach Real Estate is looking for a creative, energetic and digitally savvy individual to join our growing team on a part-time basis.
This is an opportunity to work closely with our real estate agents, visit properties, create engaging content and help build the digital presence of a growing real estate brand.
What you’ll be doing:
- Create short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Photograph and short film production
- Edit Reels, Shorts and property walkthrough videos
- Create engaging social media posts, stories and promotional content
- Work closely with our real estate agents to identify content opportunities
- Support property marketing campaigns and digital promotions
- Social media management
What we’re looking for:
- A creative person with a strong interest in social media and digital content
- Experience with video editing and short-form content creation
- Photography and videography skills
- Familiarity with social media
- Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar AI tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable visiting properties and working with clients and real estate agents
- A strong eye for visual presentation and story-telling
- A proactive, reliable and self-motivated attitude
Location: Colombo / Western Province
Employment Type: Part-Time
Future Opportunity: Potential to transition into a permanent full-time role based on business requirements and performance.
Experience in real estate, property marketing, photography, videography or digital marketing will be an advantage.
