REQUIREMENTS
- Good command of spoken and written English
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or F&B industry
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Interest in gourmet or specialty food products will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with product recommendations
- Handle billing cash/card, payments, and promote seasonal products
- Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation standards
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the retail shop
- Support daily retail operations and stock arrangement
