Telemarketing Executive
Job Overview
Axoros is expanding its team and is looking for confident, motivated, and articulate individuals to join us as Telemarketing / Customer Engagement Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, persuasion, and performance-based growth in a fast-paced professional environment.
You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, maintaining structured conversations, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls
- Communicate clearly and professionally in assigned languages
- Explain products/services accurately and confidently
- Build rapport and maintain positive client interactions
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
- Maintain basic call records and follow internal guidelines
Candidate Requirements
- Age range: 18 – 30 years
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Hindi, Tamil, or Mandarin are a strong advantage
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer handling.
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
- Willingness to learn and grow in a performance-driven role
