Receptionist (Female)

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and business partners in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls promptly.
- Manage the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist HR and Administration with day-to-day operational activities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and customer records.
Requirements
- G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification. A diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 year of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English. Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and professional grooming.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
