Sales & Marketing Manager
We're on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth across all channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Drive brand positioning and enhance market visibility across digital, outdoor, and traditional marketing channels.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging market trends and business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop marketing initiatives that support business development and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with advertising agencies, corporate clients, media partners, and other stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and high performance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or a related discipline. A professional qualification such as CIM, SLIM, or an MBA will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in advertising, media, digital marketing, outdoor advertising, or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
