We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to manage the day-to-day financial operations: The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless transaction processing in Odoo, maintaining healthy cash flows through diligent debtor follow-ups, and providing management with accurate financial insights.
For Import & Wholesale
- Order Fulfillment: Process goods issuance in Odoo, accurately assign serial numbers to inventory, and generate dealer invoices immediately upon sale.
- Communication: Instantly share generated invoices with the Finance Department via WhatsApp to ensure real-time records.
- Credit Control: Maintain the debtor ledger, generate overdue schedules, and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely collections.
- E-commerce Coordination: Monitor online orders, coordinate with the warehouse for picking/packing, and ensure prompt dispatch.
- Reconciliation of KOKO and courier service payments
- Calculate order profitability
- Coordinate Fee payment
- Arrange periodic stock take and make sure physical stock is aligned with the system qty
- Financial Reporting: Present P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements for management review using the company BI platform
For Retail Chain
- Cash Management: Coordinate daily deposit schedules for all retail collections and report them to management.
- Bookkeeping: Handle day-to-day accounting entries and ensure all retail expenses are recorded.
- Coordinate fee payments
- Arrange periodic stock take and make sure physical stock is aligned with the system qty
- Reporting: Present monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) specific to the retail operations using the company BI platform
